Course Details & Eligibility

GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) 3 Years – 10+2 (Intermediate) with English and minimum 40% marks.
– 10+2 with English and 40% marks in Vocational ANM course.
– Registered ANM with passing marks.
– Read brochure for detailed eligibility.

Photo & Certificate Instructions

  • Photo: Recent, full-face with white background, no spectacles. Candidate’s name and date of photo must be mentioned.

  • Live Photo: Mandatory for submission.

  • OBC/EWS Certificates: Must be issued as per latest notification guidelines.

How to Apply

  1. Visit the official website and register for UPGET 2025.

  2. Fill in the complete application form between 02/04/2025 to 14/05/2025.

  3. Upload all required scanned documents including live photo, signature, and ID proof.

  4. Verify all the details before final submission.

  5. Make sure to pay the application fee; without fee submission, the form is incomplete.

  6. Take a printout of the final submitted form for future reference.
